The time required to process your order before it is ready for shipment varies based on the items purchased:

  • Standard Items: Most in-stock items, such as cotton wicks, incense, and simple accessories, are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Idols and Custom/Handcrafted Items: Certain larger idols, handcrafted items, or specialty/made-to-order essentials may require a longer processing time, typically 3–7 business days. This ensures proper packaging and quality checks before dispatch.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  1. Weight and Dimensions: The total weight and size of the items in your order.

  2. Destination: The distance between our Head Office in Gujarat and your delivery address.

  3. Shipping Method: The speed of service you select (Standard or Express).

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our Site.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email which includes:

  • The name of the shipping carrier.

  • Your unique tracking number.

You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving the email.

5. International Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties

We ship our Puja Essentials worldwide. For international orders:

  • Import Duties and Taxes: All customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or government upon delivery.

  • Customs Delays: Delivery times may be significantly extended due to necessary customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

6. Delivery Issues

A. Lost or Damaged Items

We take utmost care in packaging delicate idols and essentials. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@kpsale.com with your order number and photographs of the damage (if applicable). We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may involve sending a replacement or issuing a refund after investigation.

B. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, failure to pick up the package from a local depot, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you. You will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost to re-ship the item to the correct address.
